Paul Wallace Wines (Wallovale Vineyards) was acquired by Nicky and Paul Wallace in September 2003, marking the beginning of their wine-making venture by transforming apple orchards into vineyards producing Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. A family run business, with their son Bobby recently joining the team.
The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines truly express this cool climate, but the Malbec, Chenin and Cabernet Franc are standing out and thriving in this region, leading the pack with their exceptional quality.
Three farm cottages are available, each accommodating either 4 people or 2 people. The cottages are cozy and comfortable, and you’ll be greeted by an early morning rooster to start your day.
