Today the cellar draws from a host of well-tended vineyards, enabling the winemaking team to produce a range of exceptional wines that are enjoyed both locally and abroad. Windmeul Kelder is renowned for creating wines of distinction from the Paarl region that can be sampled in the relaxed and informal atmosphere of our convivial tasting room. The Windmeul Cellar Farmers Market is a family-friendly foodie event hosted at the winery from 08h00 until 12h00 on the first Saturday of every month. The market offers visitors a feast of produce and delicious deli treats, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a kid-friendly outing while soaking up country living at its tastiest. We invite you to browse, taste and peruse at your leisure – it’s the perfect place to shop for a picnic and then find a shady spot to enjoy an al fresco lunch accompanied by some delicious Windmeul Cellar wine.
