Nestled in the embrace of the Hottentots-Holland and Helderberg Mountain range with views for days is Waterkloof Wines. The ‘cellar in the sky’ that houses the tasting lounge allows you to sit inside next to a cosy fireplace in Winter, or outside in Summer to soak up the view and beauty that is the Cape. They have platters available to nibble on as you sip some wine overlooking the bay. Their recently opened Chorus restaurant, the brainchild of Bertus Basson, is fine dining with a breath-taking view. Due to this new addition, the tasting lounge will be closed until further notice. You can however enjoy a glass of wine and snacks in the lounge at Chorus, and wines can still be purchased from the cellar door, which is located in the warehouse directly behind the main building.
