A boutique and family-owned wine estate with lots going on……from hot tub accommodation to wines and concerts. Stanford Hills Estate with 12 hectares under vine, has a relaxed and rustic charm with emphasis on the outdoors, good food and good times together. A tasting can be done in their wine shop, or in the restaurant. Breakfasts and lunches are available, as well as craft beers and a sample of 6 of their wines. The outside seating area is spacious with different seating options to admire the natural beauty all around you, ensuring a relaxing time for all. Both child and pet friendly, with grass galore and different jungle gyms and wooden ships to explore. Accommodation at Stanford Hills can either be in the form their preserved Manor House or other smaller cottages that offer self-catering. Otherwise there are 10 luxury glamping tents (5 with private wood fired hot tubs) for a fun outdoorsy experience. This musical estate has brought many a South Africa musical talent to play here, including the likes of Louise Carver, Ard Mathews, Watershed and Arno Carstens.
