Saxenburg is a family winery based in the Polkadraai appellation, Stellenbosch. We are passionately dedicated to producing thought-provoking and elegant wines, expressive of terroir and variety. We aim to create unique Saxenburg Moments with people from all walks of life.
Our wine pairing experiences offer any wine lover the opportunity to enjoy a carefully curated pairing with our award-winning wines. At Saxenburg, we provide the option between a biltong or chocolate wine pairing experience.
Escape the rush of the city and enjoy the tranquillity and ambience of one of the oldest wine farms in the country. We offer three self-catering apartments, each with their own kitchen and amenities.
We also offer a safari & wine tasting during the summer months. Safari Tastings offer guests a unique experience of sampling our wines out in the open, free from the confines of a room. Enjoy our vintages from a platform in the game camp where zebra, antelope and other game species roam.
