Dating back to the 1850s, our winery originally served as a fruit packing shed for early settlers. Now converted into a traditional wine cellar, it processes about 150 tons of grape varieties per season including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
