AYAMA is a winery located on the slopes of
Paardeberg Mountain, a surprising hidden gem of
the Western Cape.
The farm produces fine wines, extra virgin olive oil
and artichokes. It is the home of the 1st South
African “Vermentino”, an Italian white grape
variety planted here in 2014.
Ayama has a Farm Shop and offers the experience
of unusual wine tasting with an Italian-style food
pairing.
It is an original South African farm with Italian
roots, for an authentic experience between
breathtaking views and great hospitality.
