Capaia Wines is situated in the wine-growing region of Philadelphia, 30km North of Cape Town and 10km from the cool Atlantic Ocean. The heart of this magnificent 140-hectare agricultural estate (60 hectares of vine) is the winery where all red wines are fermented in oak fermenters, in the form of 56 French-oak fermentation tanks. This technique as well as allowing all juice to be entirely gravity fed has proved a method to create outstanding wines. Mariella’s restaurant offers the perfect environment from which to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Come and relax with family and friends and enjoy mouth-watering food at Mariella’s overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of the Swartland.
