Seven Springs is a boutique wine producer sited along the beautiful R320 Hemel en Aarde Road between Hermanus and Caledon. In their intimate tasting room (inside and outside) you will be welcomed by a member of their small team and offered a tasting of their 6 wines, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay (oaked and unoaked), Rose, Pinot Noir and Syrah.
Production started in 2010 after husband and wife, Tim and Vaughan Pearson from the UK, bought 12 hectares of ‘rough agricultural land’ in 2006, planting their vines in 2007 and 2008. In 2018 they moved into their own winery and established a tasting room at Sandfontein Farm just 1 km along the road from their vineyard.”
