At the foothills of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains and just outside the little town of Franschhoek, you will find the boutique Lynx Wine Estate. A family-owned estate that does most of the winemaking by hand, to create excellent terroir driven wines. Lynx offers a relaxed tasting room or Bodega as it is affectionately known, to have a guided wine tasting.
The large patio under a majestic oak tree lends itself perfectly to a tasting with a view. At the Bodega, there are light meals, pairings, and platters available to nibble on. Guests are invited to enjoy a tantalising journey of oriental flavours and Mediterranean inspired lunches and dinners at the Lynx Levante Restaurant.
